"All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good hotel facilties, great snorkeling. Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. Only down side for us was the room, its abit tired, in desperate need of a revamp (especially the standard rooms). We been twice, first time we had nice Jaccuzz on the balcony room, that was very nice, this time we took the kids so had 2 standard rooms and it was...

"The hotel is absolutely lovely and the food excellent with lots of choice. Service was first class and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. There are 3 pools in the hotel and you can snorkel on the coral reef just off the hotel beach. The spa had a lovely sauna, steam room, hot tub, warm outdoor pool and gym. Massages are really good value and excellent. We got a deal for 5 massages each for $40 each. That’s about half the price of the uk. "
