"The hotel is absolutely lovely and the food excellent with lots of choice. Service was first class and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. There are 3 pools in the hotel and you can snorkel on the coral reef just off the hotel beach. The spa had a lovely sauna, steam room, hot tub, warm outdoor pool and gym. Massages are really good value and excellent. We got a deal for 5 massages each for $40 each. That’s about half the price of the uk. "

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. "I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...
