The hotel is beautiful with amazing views! We would recommend this hotel for our family to stay there upon return One of the workers named Ali made our stay pleasant he is such a kind hearted and cheerful man

It was good, food on the other hand didn’t meet expectations

As for the food, we are fully aware that food is a very subjective matter and preferences vary wildly from one individual to another. While we do offer an extensive menu making use of all items available, we fully appreciate that it is simply impossible to create a buffet that will satisfy all of our guests all of the time. In fact, our internal guest satisfaction surveys show satisfaction with the dining options hovers between 96 and 98%. at the meantime, we strongly encourage these guests to let us know that they are not fully satisfied with the food options presented on the buffet so we can prepare for them special food according to their preference as guest himself mentioned.We look forward to welcoming you back in the future and ensuring a more enjoyable experience next timeSincerely, Mohamed El AmryGeneral Manager

Reception Staff good at arrival and departure. Rude, arrogant,ignorant bar and waiting staff.Do not expect to be rudely dismissed with a wave of hand at any hotel.let alone an alleged 5* hotel. Food was very poor. Ist time ive seen Grey chicken. Not too keen on meat being served on the bone either. Mmmm leaving today with food poisoning and this is best bit. Definitely will not return nor recommend Novotel or sharm el sheikh tbh.As a much travelled british holidaymaker I do not expect to be waited on hand and foot, however, there was a clear distinction made between us and the other russian and middle eastern nationals staying at this hotel. Unacceptable and this place would maybe get 3* in arab Emirates or Europe/rest of world, in my opinion,.

We are extremely concerned to read of your experience which is perfectly atypical to Novotel Sharm El Sheikh spirit and customer service orientation. Your feedback is highly surprising and in contrast, at this point, with most of our guests returns. We are really surprised to read regarding rude employees, since a great number of clients praise highly and regularly our team members for their genuine services and professionalism, nevertheless, we will review the points revealed to improve.As for the food, we are fully aware that food is a very subjective matter and preferences vary wildly from one individual to another. Novotel Palms is a Scam. If you don't get a beach wing room, be ready to the fact that you will be placed in the Palms wing, which is really a different hotel, with a different reception across the street, thus much farther from the beach. Don't tell your taxi you're going to Novotel Sharm El-Sheikh, but that you're going to Novotel Palms ... even though it is portrayed here as if it was just a different section. I was very annoyed and am convinced that this is very dishonest and Novotel should correct it by clearly specifying that it is a different hotel where you have to cross a 6 way street to get to the other hotel with the beach.

F&b service horrible, no service staff rude , manager rude !!! Gym close and not imformed Resort under renovation .... Terrible experience
