The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us. Service and people were nice, it was safe and they made an effort to help us with a surprise free of charge. Taxi’s nice and cheap and everything was nearby. Maximum travel was 20 minutes to Quad bikes. WiFi was good and worked in the hotel room, however did keep disconnecting but very easy to connect again. Facilities great, hot water to shower with.

Do not use the spa.

The massage service at the in house spa was terrible. When we were about to start O asked her whatnkind of massage O.was getting and she had no idea what I was asking. The masseuse was new bec all she did was put oil on me and used her elbows most of the time. Sometimes hard, sometimes soft, no consistency at all After 30 min she disappeared . I asked how long the massage was for and inwas told 50 min. I said what tym is it and they said oh pls go back . I said no thanks. It was a c r --py massage anyway. But they should have offered me my money back.

First of all I must say that the property is amazing and deserves its stars. It is well maintained and has a well trained and polite staff. From the moment I arrived to the hotel I was welcomed by the hotel personnel. It was late into the night but I was checked in very fast and even provided with a nice plater with cheese and cold cuts. This is despite all restaurants being already closed. The next day was even better. I had a lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was never boring and it was of a great quality. The pool staff was amazing and played music all day long. The entertainment at the hotel is great. I was never bored. The staff at the hotel is just amazing and helpful. Everyone is smiling and ready to assist you in anyway possible. The hotel has a separate desk just in case you want to arrange scuba diving, parasailing, safari or trip to Cairo to see pyramids. Mr Mohamed is your man for it. The reception even helped me to rebook my ticket by allowing me to use its office. They also printed my boarding pass without extra costs. In the evening you can go out to do your shopping and eat outside if you want. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to thank all the hotel team members as you have made holiday amazing and memorable. Welcome to Sharm el Sheikh everyone.

The buffet was unimpressive and did not change. Quickly became repetitive. The area around the hotel has hallowed out - lots of empty stores.

The breakfast selection was good and staff were helpful in general. The cleaning staff were excellent. The hotel is a little remote with the area seeing better days. There are plenty of amenities close by - avoid the supermarket across the road as they charge tourist prices, especially for water and walk a block down to the fixed price supermarket. Plenty of ATMs and banks to exchange money. The polls are great - the spa and gym not so much. It was expensive and the staff were a little disrespectful and the service poor - the last part of our treatment was skipped for example and the Sauna time far too short. Drinks were expensive in the resort, as was the evening meals which I would miss and eat out. Some great options just a walk away.

Very poor building and need maintenance, need a lot of staff professionals orientation and Customer service training…. Even the F&B needs a lot of to reach 4 starts hotel.
