"Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "Aside from the buffet which was great - the guests mainly Russian picking their nose and handing the utensils to help themselves to food or using fingers to pick at the food with no regard to hygiene - Stella should move to staff serving rather than guests helping themselves. Staff were super helpful accommodating special mention to Mina and Mustafa who were SO attentive! Rooms are dated and my shower leaked from the tap and the shower head when in use! tiles are grout are old and worn."

"The check in process is not the best. Staff are kind and cheerful, but not professional enough. Mr Rafaat was helpful and tried to make things better. Overall it’s a nice experience, but not the 5 star experience you are looking for. The head chef is a very cheerful and nice person to talk to whenever you head to the restaurant. "
