Very pleasant stay because of the hotel staff

Not a 5 Star Hotel

Generally good
Posted 20 Jul 2020 on HotelsIn general the hotel is good, location and staff especially. The two areas that require some sort of improvement are room air-conditioning and the quality of available food, especially breakfast, both very disappointing.

Awesome (and expensive) property. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Great property to stay on at least one trip to Shangri-La.

Happy with our stay

The Chinese restaurant serve nice food and with reasonable price. My husband was having high attitude sickness, the hotel staff was so nice to offer him porridge and milk to help him feel better.
