チェックインは16階です。 サービスアパートメントなので本当にマンションの一室。 部屋は新しくはないが居室はきれいで、掃除も行き届いている。 シャワーの湯量は今いちだが許容範囲でした。 洗濯機があるので自分で洗濯しても良いし、洗濯機に放置しておくと清掃の人が洗ってくれる。 地下鉄駅まで5分くらいだが、駅前のデパートに行けば食事には不都合しないし、宿の周囲にもコンビニや食堂などの店はある。 キッチン付きでその気になれば軽い料理も出来る。 難点はエレベーター乗るのに少し時間がかかること。 値段と立地を考えれば総じて悪くないと思う。 短期の旅行ならホテルの方が満足度は高いはず。長期の出張などにおすすめ。

非常に口コミが良かったのですがとにかく寒い。 暖房はありますが広い部屋に行き渡りません。ライトダウンとマフラーをして寝ました。 上海でこの値段なら仕方ないのかもしれません.. 受付の人は英語が話せて親切です。駅（静安寺）から近いです。観光とショッピングエリアが 近くですがホテル周辺は非常に静かで環境は良いです。

A well located Apartment for short stay
The service apartment is a good size with sufficient amenities. The air conditioning, fridge and washer are in good working condition. I like the free laundry. The cleaner came Everyday except for my second last day. The sofa is too soft and the areas behind the curtains have cracks and ceiling corners have webs.

昨年に続いて、出張で10泊しました。 洗濯機や毎日の掃除、ミネラルウォーターのサービスは有り難いです。 隣のビルに浦東開発銀行があり、両替も簡単にできます。 また隣のビルの地下にはフードコートがあり、一人での食事も便利です。 地下鉄の静安寺の駅、延安路の71路トロリーバスの華山路の駅なども徒歩で5分程度です。 長期滞在には、価格的にも良いところだと思います。

こちらの受付は、１６階になります。他に同様のホテルがありますので、間違わないように！　チェックイン時に２００元のデポジットを要求されましたが、翌日、静安寺から空港までの始発バス（５：３０）に乗車のため、５：００にチェックアウトをすると説明したところ、デポジットの支払いはせずに済みました。　受付の女性は、英語が理解でき、荷物の預かり、WIFIの説明など非常に親切に対応していただきました。
