Pros: From the outside it doesn't look much but inside its a very funky place. The rooms are modern and the staff are very friendly.
Its tight next to the river and close to the bund. The cool docks are right next door and has a number of good bars and restaurants. The docks are still being developed but there is already some really great places there.
The ferry to cross the river is 50 metres away.

Pros: Great design of the interior and furniture.
Cons: The staff were mostly so-so
Location: The hotel restaurant looked amazing and has great reviews. there are other restaurants nearby but the quality is not great except for in the hotel.
What a cool hotel. The warehouse chic design is great and the location is quite good. The rooms were very clean, efficient and comfortable. The staff was helpful. I believe it may not be great for families but better for couples and singles.

A very interesting place to stay in Shanghai
Posted 14 Jun 2011Interestingly, very different. Particularly comfortable and pleasant to enjoy its indoor and patio. Quiet and comfortably furnished room. The only drawback was related to "The Roof" that could be more clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
