Over all quite good super close to the airport, for transit or finishing travelling returning home last stop is perfect.

Great location to the exhibition centre. Room very large and clean. Staff speak good english

Poor check in
Posted 24 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe booked this hotel as it says check in at noon and we were landing into Shanghai after a 15 hour flight. Prior to arriving we requested if we could have our rooms early if possible.
We arrived and were told check in was at 2pm. I explained that I had messaged and if possible we could have our rooms as we booked this hotel knowing it was a 12pm check in. . We felt they were very rude and not accommodating and we had to wait a long time for our room.
