Very comfortable large rooms. The reception staff member was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was very disappointing.

Bad location
Posted 6 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe property is in the middle of nowhere, it is 30 minutes by shuttle to the airport, not 3 km as stated at the introduction. The closest MTR station is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Not Convience.

Great property friendly staff very helpful. Breakfasts was good reasonably close to airport could use shuttle when it was available

Rooms are spacious, bright and clean.
No restaurants or shops nearby.

We were happy to find a hotel with loft rooms. It gave our teenagers their own bedroom and bathroom while still being in the same hotel room as us.
