I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is relatively new and the room was clean, large, and had a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is located close to the airport. The restaurant was also excellent. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Good for the price

The stay was good. Hard to find. 3 different hotels in same location. This one was in the back. The floor and room I had was "musty" smelling; Like a water damage smell. Not really bad, but bad enough to notice. The lobby smelled nice.

Nice clean friendly hotel

We stayed for one night as we’re catching flight next day. The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived around 8pm in the evening n went to the Florence village for quick dinner. The area was plain nothing within walking distance as we chose this hotel for it’s easy access to the airport-10mins drive. The hotel facility was fine. Breakfast was easy.

Strange hotel

Airport transfer service is terrible for guests coming from the airport at night. Restaurant is closed by 9pm, only a tiny convenience store is available for hungry guests. Hotel is too big, corridors to guest rooms are lined with carpet that are not suitable to pull luggage along. Room numbers are not consecutive. Overpriced.

The hotel is new but it is in the middle of no where and not very convenient. You have to be shuttled in a buggy to move between buildings

This property is clean, and quiet. The wifi appears not to work, but the front desk explained that Google is not used in China. It was a great stay in a huge hotel.

The hotel is great and ideal for Pudong airport however I was woken up at 4.30 by some noisey Chinese residents who were shouting in the corridor for a good 30 minutes. Shame because I couldn't fault the hotel up until that point.

It only had a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner was in another group owned hotel. We had to be taken by electric buggy. This was hard on my 87 year old mother.
