The room smelled mouldy. Furniture was all rotten and chipped, no iron in the room. Worst of all, the a/c would shut off in the nite.

24 hour trip
Posted 27 Aug 2019 on HotelsI only stayed for the afternoon as my visa was denied and I couldn't stay longer. But I had a shower and a nap amd the hospitality was quite good. Great location if you are an NYU Shanghai parent

Close to NYU Shanghai!
Posted 31 May 2019 on HotelsThis hotel is super close to NYU Shanghai. If you're visiting someone at the school, then this is the place to stay. There are street food vendors close by (yummy food), and a Family Mart just a short walk away. The Metro is about a 10 minute walk.

Room is showing its age. Bathroom fixtures loose and shower head also loose and leaking.

Staff in the front desk can’t speak english. Very hard to communicate w/ them esp. if you need something or if your need some information. We had a hard time looking for the airport transfer driver we booked directly from the concierge of the hotel.
