Once and never again
Posted 3 Jan 2015 on HotelsThe hotel was nothing like what the pictures described. Breakfast was poor and limited options. We are non Chinese and the staff cannot speak a word of english. So try to figure out how we had to struggle conversing with them. The hotel is far from the subway. It cost us 50 yuan by taxi to get to the nearest subway which is Dongchang Road. It is about 20 mins away from the hotel with no traffic.

This is a bad excuse for a hotel
Posted 31 Dec 2014 on HotelsI arrived in the evening and the room I got was disgusting and dirty! No one speaks English in this hotel. The receptionist tried to get someone on the phone who speaks English but this person only knew the words madam and I don´t understand. I had to get the receptionist to follow me to the room to actually show her what the problem was. Once this was done she took a long time trying to get me to stay there anyways, before actually offering a different room. The next room was a bit cleaner but I´ve come to realize this is probably as good as it gets in this hotel. It is noisy, you can hear what other people are saying in their rooms, you can also smell through your AC if someone else is smoking in a different room. The shower was full of hair and most surfaces are dirty when you touch them. Wash your hands often!
The hotel is situated in the Fengxian district, which is a new business district in Shanghai. There is nothing to see here but a lot of tall buildings that Chinese people live in. There is no effective way to get out of the district either, you rely on taxi during your stay. It cost 150RMB by taxi from Shanghai train station to the hotel, which took about 2hours of traveling. This was a waste of time and money, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. A local resturant didn´t want to serve me because I am white. Many people will stop and point at you while yelling loud in Chinese if you do not look Asian. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

還算滿意
Posted 24 Nov 2014 on Hotels附近吃飯的商家太少 ,選擇性比較少 ;因為離大馬路有點距離 ,所以叫車不是很容易, 但是相對比較安靜 ;櫃台服務人員態度還算良好.價格也算合理.
