If you are going to the NECC do not look elsewhere. You can access the NECC through the hotel’s second floor and enter right between 5.1/5.2 and 6.1/6.2 and avoid all the hassles for taxis and traffic. Suuuper convinient!

Likes:
- This hotel is great. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth, taking no more than 4 minutes.
- The room was very spacious and clean.
- Breakfast was nice. While there weren't many Western options, it was still better than any other hotel I've stayed at in Shanghai.
- The staff were very helpful and fluent in English.
Dislikes:
- Typically in Shanghai, hotels have robots that deliver food to your room. However, at this hotel, you have to go down and outside every time you order something. It would be amazing if they introduced robots or room deliveries.
- There were no facilities. The spa was closed during my entire stay, and there were no pools or entertainment spaces.
Overall, 8.5/10
