There are 3 untrue information on the hotel description including map location, nearby, and getting around. When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. It is luck for us to find out the errors early and get into trouble at night with luggage.

朝の11:00に着いてしまったのに、チェックインさせて貰えて、部屋が利用出来て凄く有り難かった。交通が不便だけど、タクシーを呼んでくれて行き先を伝えてくれたりしたおかげでスムーズに目的の駅まで行けて嬉しかったです!!朝ごはんも美味しかったです!

The wrong location was shown on the link of google map. In spite of It is not walking accessible hotel, but the information is not correct as 7 minutes from metro station. This is first case after I traveled with Expedia from 2014, more than 30 nights stay. Further worth, I contacted several times about this and report cancel due to unable access, but no contact and explanation is done as of today, holiday inn group has more than 10 hotel in Shanghai and the data on Expedia is incredible. Booking through Expedia is not commendable but Holiday inn official site. Holiday inn and Expedia need quick reply to me.
