We arrived in the Hotel at 3pm from the airport. The room wasn’t ready and the reception told me that they are not sure if the room will be ready even an hour later. We had another schedule so we had to clean up at the public restroom and leave the hotel to go our next appointment. Didn’t get any official apologies or a sorry note or anything. They don’t have anything to say about this situation except the room is not ready and they are not sure when the room will be ready.
