Everything was great except the AC in my room didn’t work. They tried to fix it 3x but no improvement and no other offer to help make my stay more comfortable.

The staff is really helpful. We went to Disneyland Shanghai and the plan was to depart at 6 am. They helped us prepare and package a very nice breakfast to take with us.
Amazing location and service!

Posted 17 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe stay was very pleasant and peaceful . All facilities - bed, sofa, TV, desk, minibar, wardrobe are OK . Room size is also spacious . Price is reasonable . Room not very soundproof .Could hear loud floormates from the hallway
Staff is helpful & service is good. They help me to find store location and print the map for my easy reference. Breakfast is good with a lot of local food .
Location is a bit far out of center of the City on the Pudong side. Not too far from the airport though . Near 2 subway stations with around 10 mins walk . There's a bus stop just outside of the hotel, route 1008 can take you to the subway station. Near to expo center only 15minutes by taxi or use shuttle bus. It is close to my office and I can walk back every morning. . Overall stay is good

Poor house keeping
Posted 13 Jan 2020 on HotelsTerrible house keeping. Hotel is quite old and needs renovation badly. This was my second time there. Was much better earlier and that's why i booked again.
