great staff. receptionist PAM is very helpful, pleasant, friendly, and willing to answer all the questiobs patiently.

the counter receptionist Pam at this hotel location is excellent and always offers her assistance to any question and accommodation that i asked. i felt very much at home. i will highly recommend this hotel for our colleagues and friends for future stay in Shanghai. thank you
