Pathetic experience
Posted 11 Aug 2022 on HotelsI had called the property 1 hour before checkin (8.30pm) time, and nothing was informed. When I reached the hotel it was informed that there is water issue and cannot allow to checkin. Later they asked me to stay at another hotel of them which wasmt safe and in interior. When I reached hotel rainbow international I was asked to go to the thirt property named hotel birde. there was no restaurant to have my dinner and the food available at the hotel was pathetic and with food color which did not come off even after hand wash with soap. Got stoamach ache in the middle of the night and had no option to go elsewhere as I had morning flight to Mumbai. Sadly had to leave for the airport at 5.30 am and had to ead something at the airport as no one was there at reception to even listen to my complaint. Request hotels.com to take a action against it.

Do not stay here
Posted 15 Dec 2021 on HotelsHotel was filthy and offered minimal amenities. Would not bring a glass to use in the room. Area is quite noisy with trains etc. Rooms in bad shape, not clean. Too expensive for what you get. Only positive is that they allowed us to store luggage.

Don't come here if you are looking to sleep!
Posted 12 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is located on a busy road and intersection and because there is no sound-proofing you will hear every single car honk (and those are very frequent) from your room. In fact, we could not only hear the car honks all night long but even people's conversations on the street below and in the rooms on our floor.

There was no WiFi, the staff kept telling it will be fixed in 2 hours, until next day during checkout they said it takes 24 hours which is weird. Property construction was going on with all the construction dust it was hard to breathe, the bathroom was dirty there was tobacco spit all over, there was a big hole in the bath room. There was no coffee or tea maker so we paid 60 for two tea( tea was good though). They ac drain goes through the closet so be careful keeping your docs and important belongings before leaving it there. There is no restaurant nearby and it’s didnt look safe area.

Luckily a brief stay
Posted 2 Dec 2019 on HotelsI had to go (Late in the evening) and ask for towels, cups and coffee for the room but none arrived. A shower and a coffee at 4 in the morning (we had to leave for the airport) would have been nice.
Overall not a pleasant experience. Even 4 floors up the noise from the main road is loud all night.
I was glad to leave.

Rooms and restaurant are exceptionally well good.
Posted 2 Dec 2019 on HotelsAmazing lobby and rooms exceptionally well. rooms are very comfortable and cleaned. Restaurant interior was good and helpful staff. They provided less photos in the website but hotel was really good. Booked for only 1 night my stay was so pleasant and peaceful sleep. No bothering to rush for airport to catch the flights. They have options for airport pickup and drop facilities as well. Especially Reception staffs are so helpful.
