Was a safe clean space

The door to the building didn’t actually lock even though there was a sign saying it was locked and had a broken card reader outside the door. The card reader on our room door also didn’t work properly. The walls were paper thin. It sounded as if the people in the next room were in the room with us. One bed had a nasty brown stain on the comforter.

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s Ben clean quiet and satisfactory. Noise travels, which we were accustomed too, but this time, the whole 2nd floor smelled moldy and our room AC emitted an odor that smelled like a mix of cat urine with a bit of pine sol. Hallway carpet was loose and a falls hazard. These should be easy fixes.
