Lovely building, very traditional. Unique atrium concept. Breakfast was simple and perfectly adequate. Hotel has improved with split type AC in the rooms. Disappointed there wasn’t a single bottle of water provided in the room. Wi fi worked well. Little annoyed loud music started around 6.30am as room overlooked atrium where breakfast was served. Found the bed very firm but overall very happy. Few small improvements could be made.

The location is centered and quiet. The air-con problem needs to be fixed. Helpful staff helped changed my room due to not-so-cool air-con issue. The replaced room maintained just normal temperature enough for me to sleep with only my pants on.

hotel is beautiful albeit with few residents was granted an upgrade to a spacious room though no mineral water was provided location was quite dreary if convenient to the the medina virtually no shops open and almost no one was seen walking about ramadan had begun but that could not have accounted for the near- complete absence of people and open stores
