We needed an accessible room due to my wife's disability. We did book last minute and there were not any accessible rooms. We could have made do with the 2nd floor non accessible room, however there wasn't an elevator, and that spoiled our stay. My wife with MS had to climb 18 stairs, due to no elevator. Was rough!

The young woman at check in was very unfriendly, she needs to be trained in customer service. The bed was cushy and comfortable. I would stay here again just for the bed. The water takes a while to get warm at 5 in the morning, but it did get warm.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor with 2 elderly and no elevator

Customer service was above and beyond. We originally had reservations at another hotel, but they were unable to accommodate an early check in. We were traveling for a wedding and wanted to be able to get ready at the hotel instead of driving in our wedding attire. I called Cobblestone and spoke with Carmen who was very cheerful and said she would be happy to let us check in early, and said she would be at the front desk on the day of our arrival. She suggested I call the morning of to make sure our room would be ready. When I called that morning she remembered me and said she had told the housekeeper that morning to make sure our room was ready. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the property is quiet. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We heard they had fresh baked cookies in the early evening, but we stayed out late, so we missed out on that. I would absolutely recommend the hotel! Also, down the road is a fabulous Mexican restaurant. Thank you Cobblestone and thank you Carmen.
