Most main attractions in the city were a walk away. There some local and authentic restaurants around. And the property was very clean and spacious. One challenge was that there is a limit on how much water you can use everyday.

Nice property- easy checkin with WhatsApp and e-mail instructions. Virtual assistant through WhatsApp is also helpful. Location is not super central but still very walkable to all the major touristy sites. It’s safe and quiet at night. Also love the roof top Terrance. The 2B 2B unit is perfect for our family of 5. Everyone has their own space and we enjoyed all the amenities they provided.

This was the nicest place that we stayed in Europe. Great apartment surrounding a small courtyard on 3 sides. 2 bathrooms was nice to have. The place was clean, nicely appointed with most of what you would need in the kitchen. The rooftop patio was a really nice touch. There were a couple tables, so we actually ate a few meals up there. Furniture for taking in the sun would have been a nice addition, but would have taken away from the elegance. Given that the property is on a really busy street, mostly foot traffic, it's really quiet inside. Great security. We definitely want to return to this property. Communication was excellent and we got a message as soon as the room was available for early check-in. Keyless entry to property and apartment. Can't say enough positive things.

Ant Infested in Multiple Rooms
It has taken me months to want to relive this experience to write a review. Long story short, we attempted to stay back in July. The place is INFESTED with ants. Not only did the rooms disappoint in terms of how they looked in the images (layouts were different) - the first room we were given had ants EVERYWHERE. It was in the kitchen, in the bedroom, made a colony in the bathroom and IN and ON the bed. It was a nightmare. Terrible, horrible experience. Problem is we arrived very late. Trying to sort this out with numa over WhatsApp at 1am in the morning while being surrounded by creepy crawlies. They then allowed us to check into another room on a different floor. Same problem, different floor, different room. There’s ants everywhere. It was traumatising. I’m surprised by the other reviews on here being so positive, because I honestly wouldn’t have stayed there if you paid me. There’s a clear issue that was being ignored. The only positive I will give them is giving us a refund and even that is a bare minimum - it took fighting with Hotels for an hour on the street going back and forth with Hotels and Numa to even get that refund. While we had no place to stay. In the cold. At 1/2am in the morning. We were unable to check into any hotel that night. Every room was booked out, no help from anyone. Awful experience. I hope I can help someone else out by saying to just avoid.

If I had known all windows faced into an interior lobby, and there was no natural light, I would not have stayed. If natural light is not important to you, this might be a 4-5/5 property. It was clean, spacious, and updated, with all of the essentials. Management was prompt and courteous via email, but there was significant resistance to allowing me to leave earlier if a brighter accommodation was not available. I would recommend they disclose the lack of windows to the outside on their property description. I am appreciative of the solution eventually offered, though it should have not have taken 4 days into a 7 day booking.

An absolute gem
The only negative comment is that is it quite dark. Apart from that, we loved the apartment- well appointed, clean, peaceful. We were locked in the apartment on Sunday because the door handle stopped working but someone came to the apartment within 10 minutes and gave us a set of keys. The door handle was fixed the following morning. Excellent service and good communication from Numa. There was even a cupboard along the hallway with clothes airers, irons, ironing boards, extra coffee pods, loo rolls etc. what a super idea. Great location. Would highly recommend.
