The check in was easy. The Front Desk staff was helpful though we dont speak Spanish. The room is cozy and cleaned and the bathroom have bidet spray which is a plus. A safe in the room is a plus. We took bolt everywhere we go which was very easy. Highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I noticed after we left that we were supposed to receive a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival but it was not offered to us.
The location was very close to the metro and light rail that was which was very easy to zip around the city.
