Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price.

Good hotel in a good location easy to get to the city centre. The staff were very helpful & pleasant and the general ambience was top notch 👌 I would definitely stay here again.

Parking garage was ridiculous. Difficult to enter & exit, spaces were tight and you had to be in one space only, no overlapping into the space next to yours. Room was tiny, we had to enter/exit the bathroom sideways and we are thin people. It was noisy. You could here the People in the rooms above across, and beside, they push their chairs back across the floor, come in late banging doors and talking loudly every night. It was our worst nights for sleeping on our 4 week road trip around Spain. Cleaning lady was a lovely woman and worked hard.

Posted 2 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe admission process was smooth and efficient. Daily, the front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile and quick to offer assistance if needed. The property is quaint with some modern touches; the beds perfectly comfortable and linens crisp. Super clean too. Antonio is a gem.

This was a bit further from the centre of Seville than I'd realised - my mistake. There are two regular bus services into town, but it does take a while (30-40 minutes depending on traffic). Cross over the big roundabout towards town and the same bus stop serves both the 3 and the 37.
Staff very helpful. Bar/cafe decent.
Breakfast plentiful and good.
