This hotel is in a great location in central Seville and rates are very reasonable. However, we did have a situation. The room we were first given was “not as advertised.” We complained and they gave us the room as it was advertised on their website. This annoyed us a bit appearing to hope people don’t complain in an old very dated and rather disgusting room. The new room was much nicer and clean. Their breakfast is great! Staff was friendly. I would recommend!

The stuff very rude specially a lady she was very bad costumer services they don't put AC the room is just with heaters and is not cool I never back to this hotel any more

Lovely hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room comfortable. Very well situated to walk to all the major attractions. Lots of lovely tapas bars and restaurants around.
