Staff always with a smile, very helpful, pleasant, professional and informative. Sheets and towels smells good and clean. Shower has hot water always. Few minutes walk to the cathedral. Had a great two night stay at the Hotel Alcántara for our recent trip to Seville. Lovely & clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast (no hot items but certainly more than enough with the selection they did have) lovely fresh orange juice, not diluted like you find in some places. A great location in the centre of the old town. Has a flamenco show on site but unfortunately it wasn’t on the two nights we were here. Were able to leave luggage after a welcome late check out of midday for a late flight and free tea & coffee in the reception area. If we return to Seville again I’d stay here. Thank you.
