The hotel is in a convenient location and decorated well. But it is infested with bugs. There were bugs crawling on bed sheets and on bathroom shelves. We got a lot of bug bites during our stay there. It was disgusting. A terrible experience.

Dear Sir/Madam, As you call “disgusting insects” , they were small micro-ants as we was chek it due to the food that was there. In any case, at the time we were informed us, we offered you other rooms, and you Did Not accept a change. You simply wanted it was not to pay the stay.

Lovely stay

Everything good you can walk to every place . Perfect location . I will come back with no problems. The stuff veryyyyyy helpful.

It's a great place. There are many marvelous cafes and bars nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Very convenient for walking to all the cathedrals, museums, etc. Staff multilingual; computer for doing your boarding pass etc.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a fantastic location perfect for walking around the center of the city. Note it is not car-friendly (Uber dropped us off about 10 steps away, easy). But this will be the case for most hotels located in the city center.
The lobby & dining areas are beautiful, like a museum. The staff were warm. The beds were clean and extremely comfortable. Both of us agreed that we had amazing sleep, despite the occasional street noise (I’d say it’s an ordinary level of sound for any large city).
The only negative for us was the bathroom, while very clean, did have a noticeable smell of mildew. This is probably because there is no bathroom window to help reduce the moisture. Regardless, we were able to overlook this issue because the beds were so comfortable (and everything was generally very clean).
