"Hotel is impeccable and in an excellent area. Only about 15 mins walk to some parks and Plaza De España!! There’s also some food and a small convenience store close by. Train station that gets you to the main parts also walking distance. The only thing I didn’t love was how high the tub is and it can be a problem to get in and out also the AC did not cool down very quickly when needed "

"Hotel was beautiful, comfortable bed, they brought extra pillows but were not that comfortable. A little noisy, we were below gym and cld hear treadmills in am Great location beautiful lobby and restaurant. Would definitely recommend "

"Very clean, elegant hotel! Amazing value (we visited in January, I can't speak for peak season). Very easy transport to and from the airport on the airport bus line, the stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel! We were able to walk into town easily, and there are some lovely restaurants in Nervión to explore as well (our favorite was Panrallao)."

"Very friendly check-in. Free upgrade. Close the the old town. They are renovating but we were not disturbed. Our room was new, very comfortable and clean with excellent finishes."

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Had problems with the TV and the sink. TV was fixed but the sink didn't get fixed. Breakfast was excellent. Very convenient location. Reception staff pointed out points of interest on the map for me. I would gladly stay there again."
