This reminded us of an old nursing home that was converted into a hotel. It seemed to be old and the room was damp. We did not ask for a handicap room but the entire bathroom was one big shower, including a 1950s heat lamp you could turn on. I regret paying $150 for the room. It was more like a $50 room

This has been our "go to" hotel when we come into town to visit family. This stay was our worst experience sadly. We were getting ready for bed, when we realized we were not the only ones staying in our room. The small, four-legged guy was not a paying guest. Granted, this hotel is right beside a river (not a river "view", just a river behind the hotel). I immediately called the front desk, and the poor, seet young lady was totally unprepared for this sort of situation. I had to tell her to get us a different room...now. She brought the new room keys to our door, but moving is not convenient for us, as it's just me and my son with multiple disabilities. He was very shaken by the whole experience. We have to travel with a lot of "necessities", so it took 2 trips with a cart to go down the hallway, all the way next to an exit door. I'm not sure we will be going back to this location. Although she apologized, besides getting another room for us there was no offer to "make it right". I inquired, but of course it was nighttime, no supervisor was available and no one ever got back with me. When I took my first shower in the "new room" the tub/shower would not drain and the sink would not drain. Gross.

Staff very heplful, friendly and polite. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was also comfortable. Family friendly, and very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel is very nice and very clean. I would stay here again.

It looked very nice outside and in lobby. The room was mostly clean but old. Its very worn and rusted. But thankfully clean.
