Dirty room ,black mould on windows, wet running down the walls ,damp bedding ,damp carpet ,heating not working ,dirty tiles in Bath room , stains on the walls ,tear in the quilt cover ,

Staff were good. Parking bays too narrow. Good sized swimming pool.
Food well cooked and hot.

The didn't let us check in because we late for like 3 hours. Even though we have 5 days rental

Large dead spider in the hallway, for the 3 days of my stay. Complimentary items not replenished. Shower useless.

Overall we liked the property. The service was friendly and helpful. Liz on the front desk was very helpful and even helped us with our luggage as my husband is disabled. The room was clean but the it was looking a bit tired and outdated.

Receptionist was so helpful we have a child with disabilities and she was so kind and thoughtful
