The friendly service when you entered the property was so needed especially since for a well needed vacation.
Food options was good
Loved the fitness facility! Used it twice a day.
Will certainly make our way back to Palm Heights.

This is a fantastic property with beautiful views, great food and drink, and the very best part of the experience is the service — unparalleled, amazing guest service that rivals anywhere in the world. Wonderful time for me, my mother and two daughters. We will be back!

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. My wife and I and another couple spent 5 days here. We didn’t know what to expect … what we experienced was like nothing we’ve experienced at other resorts. The attention to detail of our stay, the friendly staff through the resort, the fantastic food, the accommodations and the overall layout and look of the resort was fantastic.
This is a must when traveling to Grand Cayman!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience for our first time in the Caymans. Every aspect of this hotel is a 5 star experience and the staff really take care of your every need. We also had a rental car and they took care of that with valet service free of charge. Amazing spa which we liked so much that we came back for massages twice. We will definitely be back and there is no other place that we would choose to stay while on Grand Cayman
