"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. "Great place, great workers, excellent stay. Far drives for food/downtown activities but nothing outrageous. Only issues we had were the cleaning staff would bang on our doors repeatedly even after repeatedly saying no thank you, and we had a key card go as well as some money go missing from our room while we were out.
