The property is a gorgeous place, but is somehow abandoned in many areas! Needs a lot of improvement and outside terraces and areas need cleaning in all areas. Rooms, bedss and pillows are the best. View from balcony is breathtaking. If they improve the property as in the picture they show, it could be a high standard hotel.

Hotel has great view of the city of Setubal. Areas are bit need of some attention but would still return.

Huge room, huge beds, friendly staff, free and good coffee. But the hotel is dated, sound insulation non-exist. The neighborhood is a sketchy but the hotel felt safe. Well, the price is good, cannot complain.

Food was horrible. Anything cooked by them was not good at all. Eat off-site if you can. Wvwrything else was good.

The hotel was great, calm environment and very clean. The 8th floor restaurant was in renovations which was a pity since it should have a nice view. After dinner there was live music in the lobby which was also nice.

The AC did not work in the hotel. My sheets were dirty. The hotel has a tired feel to it, and I could not wait to leave it ASAP
