"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!"

"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash...

"My family and I loved how this property is quiet and relaxing and close to the station, yet it's away from all the hustle and bustle. It was very spacious and had a washer/dryer. The lady at the check in counter was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely check out other MInn Gion locations when we return to Japan."

"This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 3. Heaps of space, comfy beds, and great to have a kitchen and dining area. The apartment was a nice change to have some space over a hotel room. Quick walk to grocery store, metro and everything around Dotonbori!! Highly recommend. "

"Our entire experience at Mimaru was amazing. From sending check in and additional information a week before arrival, to the helpful staff that welcomed us to the comfy apartment and amenities. We loved the location, at walking distance to the action, but further away from the noise and crowds. 24/7 grocery shopping is right around the corner. Can't recommend this hotel enough!"

"Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for 6 nights for vacation. Location was perfect and numerous restaurants close by. Felt safe walking by the hotel at night and early morning. Hotel has great staff. Shout out to Antonio who welcomed us upon arrival and luckily he was there when we checked out to help us with our luggages. This hotel is highly recommended for travelers."
