Bad hotel

Customer service personnel were rude and I also asked for 2 rooms next to each other but they gave us one in 7 floor and the second in second floor.

Hello,Firstly we don't have rooms in the second floor.secondly, you have booked the last minute so we informed you that we have only few vacancies so both rooms won't be in the same floor.Thirdly and the most important, you have booked for two rooms , however you asked the receptionist to stay with the lady you booked for in the same room. He informed you that's it's not allowed at the hotel unless you have the family record book, you confirmed that you are married but you have forgotten to bring it.After that you made a confession that she is not your wife and you decided to leave the hotel.

Très bien en famille agréable très beau temps en Algérie bien manger les enfants on bien aimé beaucoup de choses à éviter Alger , la blanche Constantine Tipaza, le sites romain Sétif Bejaia des belles ville a fair et les gens super merci

Problème d’eau

Pas d’eau ou un filet d’eau dans la douche Je l’ai dit à la réception Après intervention c’était à peine mieux mais l’eau était sale et sentait le fioul Inadmissible

Arrivée en soirée, nous avons été très bien accueillies. Nous avons appréciés le confort de la chambre, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec des spécialités. Hôtel situé au pied du tram. Super personnel aimable, souriant et accueillant.
