The hotel is very nice and modern. The staff is friendly and the amenities are kept in good condition. My only complaint and it’s a big one, I booked a double room executive for 3 people. The booking very well makes it seem like you are booking two rooms with two beds, the pictures also lead you to believe this. I mean the name is double room?? What else could that mean? When you check in, they tell you know, it’s single room , they just name the king size beds double room . How does this make sense ??? In my opinion this very misleading and false advertisement. A hotel would be penalized and investigated in Canada where I live. You are not allowed to falsely advertise and mislead. The hotel was happy to help us and change the room though. Just a big mess around that should be avoided in the first place. You can’t not advertise a double room and say it’s a single, double means two , a pair, more than one. I hope they change this

Good hotel located in South jakarta. Friendly staff. My room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel was a bit worn out in the common areas.

The coffee at the restaurant on the ground floor was superb. it is from ILLY but the preparation was interesting. A bit rundown hotel with old furniture but quite cozy and comfortable
