Posted 24 Sep 2023 on HotelsI liked the hotel from the minute I arrived in the lobby, the check in was easy and staff helpful. The AC was already on in the hotel which was clean and functional. I choose to have breakfast it was as advertised plenty of coffee top ups and fresh produce, it is good value. All staff were pleasant, so much so that I decided to stay an additional night. So convenient to the railway and good food nearby. I have already recommended to friends and would stay again. Thanks

The breakfast buffet was quite good. The server did just move the bread trays around table to table whether people ate it or not. The customer service was simply OK. He was not overly friendly.

Bike Friendly. Excellent stay.
Posted 17 Apr 2022 on HotelsExcellent location. Room is clean; bathroom, shower stall are new & modern. And got a room with a balcony overlooking the street. A few feet away from boulangerie and restaurants. Bike is parked in hotel's big bike garage.

Die Rezeption ist nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. Ich kam später an und hatte Probleme.

Bonjour et merci pour votre note et votre commentaire.Comme indiqué, la réception pour le check-in ferme à 20H au plus tard. Malgré l'heure tardive de votre arrivée, je vous ai quand même reçu.Le "problème" a été que vous avez réservé pour 1 personne (alors que vous étiez 2). En soit, ce n'est pas un gros "problème" MAIS, le tarif diffère que l'on soit 1 personne ou 2 personne.La chambre a été préparée pour 1 personne (1 jeu de serviette, 1 gobelet...).Je vous ai donc majoré votre réservation de 3 jours de 30 (+ 3 petits déjeuner en +). Malgré l'heure tardive, je vous ai remis immédiatement à disposition 1 jeu de serviette supplémentaire.Merci de votre compréhension.Au plaisir de vous retrouver lors d'une prochaine visite de Sète.Julien
