Greedy
Posted 29 Aug 2019 on HotelsOver priced. Unfriendly staff (male cocasian with glasses) tried to overcharge for our 4 yr daughter. Facility showed in the website (eg indoor pool) costs 15 euro per person. Dinner courses comes with desserts bought in a supermarket (eg ice cream). Room is tiny and lacks facility such as a chair or sofa. Not worth the price.

Great spot!
Posted 1 May 2018 on HotelsGreat room, lovely bathroom, delicious breakfast. Hotel restaurant also very good but a bit expensive. Staff were very helpful and always courteous. The hiking trails were awesome although the map is more artistic than accurate.

Good base for hiking outings.
Posted 25 Oct 2015
Pros: Front rooms with balconies on first and second floors are the best.
Cons: Staff should dim the lights and play some quiet music at dinner time.
Location: In October, there is only hiking to be done. The twisty road is a dead end, so it is not ideal if you want to use it as a base to go other places.
Liked the relatively early supper hour (starting 7:30 PM). We had the daily menu everyday, always tasty. Dining room staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great, recommend the simple tasty omelet (that you ask for). Hikes up at the Vallter 2000 area were amazing, especially the ridge coming down from the tallest peak. Almost deserted during the week in October.

Good base for walking in this area of the Pyrenees
Posted 21 Sep 2015
Pros: Good location, comfortable room, en-suite, packed lunches, taxi service, and very friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Evening menu was rather simple - but food ok. Walls a bit thin, but everyone quiet at night.
Location: Good center for walking this part of the Pyrenees. Most bars/restaurants closed in the evenings. Camprodon worth visiting for cafes/eating out etc.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We came without adapters (forgot them!) and manager searched really hard to find us a solution - a mobile phone charger that fitted. Need to be able to speak a little Spanish, or better - Catalan! - if possible, but everyone worked hard to understand what we wanted and daytime desk manager speaks good English. Packed lunches available on request (filled baguette, fruit, water and something sweet - ideal for the mountains).
