"Very nice stay. Close to shinjuku station, very clean, super nice staffs, shuttle buses to airports, a lot of things to do in the building as well. However the area is bit noisy during night time but you can bearly hear the noise from outside because your room will be super up high."

"I liked that the Shinjuku station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Coffee shops and lots of other shops in the area as well. I liked that the bus for the airport is just outside the door. The room was very small but as a single person it was all I needed. I was really only there to sleep. The pillow was kind of small. The tub was very high and a bit difficult to get into. I'd like to have had an extra towel and a wash cloth. The laundry was broken and I was told there was another one in the annex but I couldn't find it. Overall, I found this hotel to be very good and I would stay here again on another trip to Tokyo!"
