"This place is beautiful but I must warn you they have a rat 🐀 infestation. I saw many big rats eating leftovers from plates left outside guest doors. It horrified me going in out of my room. Even in broad daylight the rats 🐀 come out. Its too expensive of a hotel to have rats. I had one of the most expensive rooms a few months ago and the rats just T'd me off. The staff acts as if its normal and ok but its not. "

"The hotel was lovely, rooms are newly refurbished and are clean. Beds are comfy and are made up beautifully each day. The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. The only thing I would say is there is always a lot of sellers from the markets who come up to you on the beach constantly. The food was good, especially the Sunday bbq. The staff are also super friendly and helpful and just want you to have the best possible stay. The management...

"The decore in the rooms are very unique. The downside was the bed, it had a shelf surrounding and being short it made it hard to get in and out of bed. The staff were very friendly. "There was no hot water, the light was intermittent, the television didn't work throughout my stay and the front desk staff were all quite inept, clueless and borderline rude. There were ants everywhere in the room. "

"A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy"
