Great weekend retreat

Posted 21 Jul 2019 on HotelsYes this hotel has a lot of amazing features and the employees are amazing. But air-condition did not go below 24 degrees even after complaining. Wifi did not work in the room at all and I do not think it was just my room since there were around 5-6 people in the lobby on phone and computers as well. They charge 5 euro for room service even though I went down to order from the restaurant but the kitchen manager Indirectly suggested better to eat in my room cause he did not want to clean a table.

Room wasn’t set up on arrival. No food/snacks available after 11 even though it says 24 hr in the book.

The location is excellent. The property is very clean. All in all a very good experience
