Terrible experience with the staff. They are absolutely useless. Won’t go into particulars.
- Be aware that ‘Beach Access’ is for only a few hours a day. Expedia never informed us of this. Was one of the main reasons we booked.
- A majority of the water park was closed for best part of the week and the water freezing cold in most areas it was open. No advanced warning. 30 degrees temperature almost everyday.
- Expedia didn’t reply or contact us back on the numerous times we contacted them. Hotel refused to deal with any requests as it was booked through Expedia.
All inclusive food was good. Minimal evening entertainment. Dolphin show was very good.

I stayed with my kids for 5 days and my kids had so much fun. Really lovely for kids. We would definitely be going back
