This distinction is clearly outlined in all our partner agencies' communications and on our official website to ensure that guests are well-informed prior to their arrival.The designated shuttle times are established in coordination with the management of Rixos Premium Belek Hotel to effectively manage guest capacity and minimize overcrowding. This scheduling is intended to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.We would like to assure you that several of our pools and slides, those located in the Tropical Lagoon, are equipped with heating systems to provide a more comfortable experience for our guests. Also in our Hotel we have indoor heated pools. Should you have any concerns or require further information regarding the heating system or any other facilities, our Guest Relations team is always available to assist.We would like to state that all the staff in The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel are always ready to help our dear guests in any case. As The Land of Legends Management, guest satisfaction is our priority and seeing we could not achieve this makes us upset and we would like to kindly explain that each and every team member of ours works very hard to provide our dear guests with a legendary and a memorable stay.
