It will have been 5 out of five, but if you keep the card in the room they take it and let you pay 10$ fee. That is not ethical at all

Pros: everything in the hotel is so great
Location: shopping around the resort is good and also many big malls are easy to reach.
Beach is so nice, facilities are great, staff are so good, clean, room is spacious,

Excellent stay at Port Nature.
Posted 6 Jun 2016 on HotelsThe customer service from all staff was excellent, staff was so helpful with my disability request and they really went above and beyond to help in all areas.
Not big drinkers but an All Inclusive with popular branded drinks was a fantastic bonus.

Cons: The dedicated restaurants are not in good quality. the "normal" restaurant is better
New club, big swimming pool with many hiding corners, great private beach, many places to eat, quality drinks. many stuff members are willing to serve you all the time.

Very clean Hotel , all staff very helpful .
Posted 31 Jul 2015We been 7 people , hotel is clean and tidy , food was very delicios . The staff was very helpful , always ready to offer you a cold drink or an ice crem etc . Thank you Port Nature .

Nightmare
Posted 17 Jul 2015Music played from next hotel as if they were partying in our room, till 8am!
No order in dining area, long queues and kids running around
Few good waiting staff the rest either miserable or only serve attractive ladys.
Paper thin walls between rooms
