This hotel should never be rated as 4*. Basic is an understatement, staff shockingly rude, food absolutely dreadful, rooms nigh on bedsit

Pool water is very very cold, they don’t turn on the water on the slides for the kids, only for a few hrs
No food available in between the restaurant hours
Gym not open all the time, they take a 2 hr break and close completely the gym

The hotel in general and facilities were great, there was adequate space around the pool areas and was always able to get a sunbed no problem
The gym is very well equipped and runs classes throughout the day.
The rooms are clean and spacious with the children having proper beds instead of a sofabeds, and the mini bar is a nice touch and is refilled every day.
The food in the restaurant is the same every day and lacks poultry options.
The bar staff were rude and not helpful in offering drinks and would serve other people at the bar before you even if you were next.
There was a language barrier with some staff who didn't understand drinks or questions.

The resort is a little out of the way of Antalya but it's very peaceful. Room was nice and clean. The private beach is closeby and there is a frequent shuttle service. Food and drinks are abundant at all times, but the fish/meat options aren't the tastiest as they are all blant. May be they need to look at having cooks catering to a more wider variety of visitors from around the world. The numerous restaurants mentioned on the website aren't open during the off season (only the main buffet restaurant). The air con in rooms is also only available in the hotter months hence things are are bit stuffy during March until mid April when the air cons are switched on. But the rooms can be kept cool by keeping the balcony doors open at night. There's a bit of difficulty communicating with staff due to the language barrier but they do their best! Just be aware that some activities (e.g. billiards, adventure park) are charged extra but prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed the spa and Turkish bath experience. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

14 days of amazing hospitalilty from Innvista Belek.
We had a lovely room service lady, Aysel who greeted us every morning with a smile and quickly became friendly with my son! She is meticulous in her cleaning and tries her best to work around our schedule when my son is sleeping during the day. She cleaned our room thoroughly and also did very cute towel sculptures on our bed which always put a smile on our face.
To the groundskeeper who helped me find my shorts when the wind blew it over. To the amazing staff in the dining area who always offer us drinks and bring a highchair for my son .
A special mention to the reception staff to Ekaterina and Murat who sorted out a meeting room for me everyday day to attend a conference call and with Murat who I spoke to everyday, they are all so friendly.
Guest Relations Aykut , Kader and the manager Darya Yildiz is very helpful and we had a very nice chess ♟️ game with Aykut.
I loved my stay here and would highly recommend to everyone !! Hospitality is what makes this place world class. The facility is very clean with constant 24/7 cleaners. 10-15 minute walk to land of legend and the nearest mosque. Very fast broadband also .
Will definitely be coming back next year
