I stayed at Grenada Hotel about a week ago, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is perfect for families who prefer to stay indoors—everything you need is right there! It's located in a very quiet area, far from the busy bazaar and street markets, which was a nice change of pace. The food was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the one drawback was the sheer size of the place. Getting from one side of the hotel to the other can be quite a challenge, especially if you’re traveling with a baby or someone with mobility issues. It’s surprising they don’t offer any internal transport, even though it seems like something they could easily do. The hotel need to look into this and provide a solution for sure. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it, especially for those looking for a peaceful getaway.

There was 0 customer service. All those people that work there are seasonal people brought from the Area around it, they teach them no English so customer service is not there. Can’t complain about the what the resort offers. Everything was really good but for me customer service is #1

The good: The property is huge and beautiful and kept very clean. The pools lovely and clean. Even though the property is very large, the mere size and the number of pools mean it is never overcrowded. The private beach is lovely and the facilities good there. The food selection is good though more on it in the negatives. The number of bars, means you can always find a nice place to sit and have drinks in the evening. The evening entertainment is fairly decent. The water park is not a thrill seekers paradise but it is quite good, with the highlight being the kids slides which will keep the kids busy. The spa is wonderful. The negatives: The staff are not really up to the mark. The service though prompt mostly, the behaviour is rude. There are a few who are nice but quite a few that are not. The food is average at best even though the variety is huge, it is mostly tasteless and repetitive.
