I really do not recommend this place! the staff & services are just terrible and sometimes even rude! the in-room air conditioning system was just a mess and three of us ended up ALL SICK at the end of our vacation...the food quality is also below average as compared to other all-inclusive places I travelled before e.g. in Cancun. There are some non-fresh items that you see routinely in the buffet, and I am not sure whether they actually test them for expiration etc. we had a few instances of stomach upset immediately after lunch/dinner and so Please be aware of these items! The ONLY thing that I really enjoyed here was the late night music and bar.., I thinks that was actually very good and the ONLY reason I ended up giving an overall rating of Poor instead of terrible!

Excellent food, staff and service. Huge plot with several pools and many slides, multiple restaurants on site, good food

Overal good place but foods go cheaper and low quality everyday only saturdays are good and fresh foods. The soups are from the day before.

The stay was ok the hotel was a bit out of date and lot a lot of restaurants open for all inclusive so not many food options.

STAY AWAY!

Not worth the money. Rude staff who don’t speak English. The resort is massive, but not clean. The worst vacation we had.
