The hotel being in renovation they sent us to a 5 start Greenmax hotel, it is written 5” but it was a dirty 2*, they did not pay the hotel until 3 hours after I arrived and made me wait for confirmation after the hotel paid! Zero acknowledgement or excuses and showed a very lousy image of Turkey.. the bathrooms are cracked and dirty, the balconies are cracked enough to see the steel, there is absence of working wifi and despite the nice idea of the full formula hotel, it is really badly managed as the “smile” is missing!

Water slide was open very limited hours and my son picked this property for the slides. Meals are ok but no english titles for the food - we pate a lot of chicken. Lines were very long. They would only give us 1 key to the hotel. Property was okay but wouldn't stay there again.

Staying with little children at this hotel was incredibly easy. I highly recommend it for families, as they even have dedicated food sections for kids and vegetarians. The swimming pool is a good size, though I wish the slides were open longer, as we didn't get enough time to enjoy them. There was a great variety of food available every day, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, even though many didn't speak English.The variety of food, especially the unique breakfast donuts, was a highlight. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, even with guests walking in and out in wet swimsuits.I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. It’s conveniently located near the airport and offers easy access to the Land of Legends and local markets.

Everything was good but the all inclusive is basically similar food all the time you do get fed up
But yes amazing stay specially to go to land of Legends for a walk

Dirty rooms
Rude staff. Not good with dealing with complaints.
Air-conditioned keep switching off.
Dirty bathroom.
Worn out towels. We had to keep rongong for extra towels. They gave us 3 towels for 4 of us.
Uncomfortable bed. Flat pillows. We requested for extra pillows and told not available. They will bring some tomorrow. Next day same response. When we complaint. We got 2 pillows with no covers!
There is no iron. Mini bar has only water and 2 juices!
The buffet is mediocre. Poor quality food. No proper turkish cuisine. It was more quantity than quality.
