Rooms - dust
Dining - no system. While you wait for your table to be cleaned or while you are looking for spoons og forks - your food become cold.
Beach- not enough places to lay on
Internet- bad , disapears often.
Not 5 stars - may be 3 stars hotel

ROOM:
We were in room 6306 and even though it was spacious, it could have been better!
❌Little issues like missing skirtings, marks on walls, broken blinds, bath didn’t drain, no cups for tea/coffee, mini fridge hardly filled up, only 4 beds for 5 people, tv’s didn’t work…
✅ Lots of room, beds made daily, powerful shower, 5th bed brought when requested next day, cups brought when requested same day, 2 large bathrooms, mezzanine was fab for family, nice balcony, garden view (peaceful), air con was good, lots of storage space…
CLEANLINESS:
❌Room cleaning wasn’t great standard, blob of suncream or something on staircase in room when we arrived which was there until we left!, a good few days no toilet roll was given, same sand on floor for 3 days, toilets not cleaned thoroughly, sticky hand prints on glass all around the hotel which was there the whole 11 days, piles of plates and rubbish in corridors for days, often dirty cups when handed drinks…
✅Beds made daily (not sure if clean sheets daily!), sinks cleaned, fresh towels daily, thorough cleanliness around the pool, always bartenders collecting cups and plates etc, sun loungers clean..
POOLS:
❌Water slide cut my son’s foot (ripped skin off), busy pool bar- long queues!
✅Beautiful pools, clean, tidy, lots of sun loungers available, lots of umbrellas, lots of choice of pools, relax pool is stunning, lovely water temperature, pool activities great, DJ great, lots of room..
FOOD:

The front desk was terrible, they were not helpful at all. The rest of the hotel staff was great

They hotel is good but what i saw there the staff they were overladed and they couldn’t provide good service to us , also the food in restaurants it was not in good level

Food was bang average, hospitality wasnt great apart from a handful of the staff, ac never worked even after many complaints and nothing was done about it

I liked it because it’s nature around the property. The snacks bar close to the pools are excellent if you don’t like to walk much specially in the hot weather! The food is very good, but the only complaint I could make is to keep the fruit and dessert more cooler in hot season.
needs to improve more in cleaning, specially the shower rooms. Water sports too expensive. Very good customer services.

Good pools and good location, food a bit basic and repetitive but edible. Room was clean and bed comfortable
