A disappointment of stay
Posted 1 Dec 2019 on HotelsHad booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my personal itinerary.
I will need to check if there is any reimbursement of my previous booking.

Hello Mr. Hoon - Sorry for the confusion. Your booking was coming into Expedia via Hotel.com and the reservation number we got was from Expedia and not from Hotel.com. That is the reason our staff not able to find it. However, please do call the Hotel.com and they should refund the booking for you. Again, sorry for the experience.
